Information About Spark & How To Install Mods:
Spark is one of the best mod installers, if not the best. Extract the file; put it somewhere on your computer. Some place where you will remember. Run the Spark.exe inside the folder to start the program. Then click "File". Next click "Open" then go into your GTA SA folder. Then go into "models" and open the "gta3.img". Click and drag the new files into the lines where the .txd and .dff files are. They files will be auto replaced with the new ones you are adding. After your done adding new files. Click "File" again and press "Save". Now you are done, enjoy the mods. Your GTA SA cannot be running while you are editing the "gta3.img" with Spark. This includes MTA SA.

You mean that everyone should install? Or if the server is INSTALLED there for all to see? If we are to have the weapon in the server I do not know if it will cause lag. It depends on how big it is.

if u want add it to the server they look really awsome but i put it in my subforum so i only reommend my members to download them
